Cancellations: Cancellation is possible until any time of day 7 days prior to the check-in date with a penalty of 40% of the reservation total.
A cancellation after that time or a no-show, will incur a penalty of 1 night's stay.

The journey by car, from the airport to the hotel, takes about 20 minutes. Leaving the International Airport of Madeira take the Motorway to Funchal. After a few tunnels, turn Leave the Freeway (just after the Tunnel), turning to your right at the sign posted to S�o Roque / Monte. Take the right again to Funchal/ Esta��o Take the right lane at the roundabout and follow the road up, straight ahead (Modelo Hypermarket is to your right.) Take the first left (there is a blue sign saying Estalagem Jardins do Lago) Brisa Restaurant is on your right hand side. Turn left and about 50 meters after, turn left again in a crossroad where there is a Pizzeria called �My Pizza� on the left side of the street. On the right side there is a big yellow wall. A few meters ahead you will find ESTALAGEM JARDINS DO LAGO
